Electricity Network Negotiations
Acting for a consulting company in recovery proceedings against state and local governments concerning payment entitlements arising from negotiations with South Australia’s electricity distribution network provider.
Solar Pricing Dispute
Represented a European solar panel manufacturer in a US$60 million ICC arbitration arising from commodity price volatility. Worked with Korean counsel to advance a defence based on the civil law doctrine of collapse of the transaction (Hong Kong).
