The overwhelming majority of our cases are international, involving multiple jurisdictions, including in Asia, the UK, Continental Europe, the US, the Middle East and all the major offshore jurisdictions.

Our lean team and our dedicated focus on disputes means that we provide our services more cost-effectively than larger full-service firms, and can easily scale the size of the team depending on the size of the matter. We use our contacts to assemble the optimum team for each job. This might include investigators/forensic accountants, local lawyers, litigation funders and other professionals. Reasonable fees
Our size means that we can offer lower rates than our larger peers. We work with our clients from the outset to budget sensibly. Where feasible, we will look at alternative funding arrangements.

Our firm has no transactional departments. That makes us 'conflict-free’ and able to act against almost anyone, including the banks. Conflict checks at large firms can take days or more; ours can be completed within hours.
