International Arbitration

International arbitration calls for a particular blend of legal precision, commercial understanding and cross-border insight.

Our team has acted in arbitrations under every major institutional framework, involving commercial contracts, investor–state rights and award enforcement around the world. We understand the pressures clients face in these circumstances, including navigating unfamiliar jurisdictions, and we work closely with them to chart a clear path through legal and logistical complexity to secure robust commercial outcomes.
