Tania is a Senior Paralegal, with over 20 years of experience on large and complex proceedings across multiple jurisdictions, including in Australia, Hong Kong and the Channel Islands.

Tania is an expert at case and document management and has a deep knowledge of civil procedure and court processes. She plays a critical role on the firm’s major projects with trial preparation and hearing support and has led on-the-ground efforts for numerous large-scale hearings and arbitrations across the world. Tania has extensive experience supporting major discovery projects, managing large volumes of data from matter inception through discovery, evidence preparation and substantive hearings. She is highly skilled in the use of litigation technology tools and is a certified Nuix eDiscovery Specialist.

Tania is known for her outstanding organisational capabilities, efficiency, commerciality and judgment. She engages with all members of LK’s legal and technology teams to solve problems and improve the efficiency and quality of our processes. Tania also works closely with junior practitioners to develop their discovery and case management skills. Tania is responsible for the firm’s data governance practices and plays a lead role on its AML compliance.

Tania commenced at LK in 2006. She has a Bachelor of Justice and Society from Flinders University, a Graduate Certificate in Trademark Law and Practice from the University of Technology Sydney and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the Adelaide Institute of TAFE.
