Stuart is a Senior Litigation Support Specialist with more than 15 years' experience supporting complex, large-scale litigation and arbitration across Australia, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and offshore jurisdictions, including the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.

He leads all aspects of the electronic discovery process, managing major discovery projects involving multi-million document collections from matter inception through data processing, review, production, evidence preparation and trial. Stuart is a key member of LK's major dispute teams and is regularly engaged by international counsel to provide remote trial support in complex cross-border proceedings.

Stuart combines deep expertise in legal technology with advanced data and automation capabilities. He designs and implements bespoke tools, workflows and reporting solutions that enable legal teams to efficiently interrogate large and complex datasets, identify critical evidence, monitor document review progress and streamline litigation processes. His work also includes data analytics, workflow scripting, document management integration and secure multilingual document translation workflows.

As a core member of both the firm's legal and technology teams, Stuart plays a leading role in evaluating, testing and implementing new litigation technologies, including AI-powered solutions. His focus is on delivering solutions that are accurate, defensible, efficient and tailored to the specific demands of each matter.

Stuart is a certified Nuix eDiscovery Specialist and is recognised throughout the firm for his technical expertise, creativity, commercial approach and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
