Mary-Louise is a senior legal industry executive with more than 20 years' experience leading business operations, strategy and growth initiatives for leading law firms across Australia, Hong Kong and the United States.
As Chief Operating Officer at LK, Mary-Louise works closely with the firm's Principals to drive strategic and operational excellence across the business. She leads firm-wide initiatives that strengthen performance, enhance client service and support the continued evolution of the firm.
Mary-Louise has held senior management, business development and strategy roles with established top-tier and boutique firms, including Clifford Chance, Mallesons and Chaffetz Lindsey. Throughout her career, she has developed and executed growth strategies, deepened client relationships, and built high-performing teams. Her experience spans supporting established firms to expand into new markets, advising new practices on successful market entry, and leading organisations through significant transformation, including mergers, restructurings and periods of strategic change.
Drawing on extensive international experience, Mary-Louise brings a sophisticated understanding of the global legal market, emerging industry trends and the evolving expectations of clients and legal talent. Her commercial perspective and leadership play a key role in helping LK deliver exceptional outcomes for its clients and people.
Mary-Louise has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide.
