Alice Waller

Alice Waller is the Practice Manager of LK Law’s London office, with responsibility for the firm’s operational, financial and strategic functions. Working closely with the Managing Partner and management team, she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth while ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the practice.

Alice oversees the day-to-day running of the London office, including people management, finance, IT systems, facilities and regulatory compliance. Her role encompasses financial planning and reporting, budgeting and cashflow management, recruitment and retention, performance management, and the development of robust systems, processes and policies. She is also closely involved in strategic planning, supporting the execution of the firm’s business plan.

Experience

With a background spanning both fee-earning and operational leadership roles, Alice brings a practical, commercially minded approach to practice management. She is committed to fostering LK’s collaborative, high-performance and supportive culture, ensuring that teams are well-resourced, engaged and able to deliver an exceptional level of service to clients. Alice joined LK Law in May 2023, having previously co-founded a boutique litigation firm in Mayfair. Prior to moving into practice management, she worked in fee-earning roles, giving her strong insight into the operational needs of lawyers and clients alike.
